Refund policy

At CateBoss, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit in accordance with the following policy.


1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt (for online orders) or within 7 days for in-store purchases.
  • Hair extensions, wigs, and braiding hair can only be returned if they are unopened and in original packaging.
  • Cosmetics and skincare products can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
  • Accessories may be returned if in resalable condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used haircare, skincare, or cosmetic products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a photo of the defect or damage along with your order number.
  • CateBoss will provide a replacement or full refund for defective items at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and desired replacement item.

 

6. How to Return

Online Orders:

  2. Receive a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to:

In-Store Purchases:

  • Bring the item and proof of purchase to your nearest CateBoss store within 7 days.
